Istanbul, May 20 (HNA) – Economics Journalist and Translator Deniz Kılınç joined Scala Publishing as editor.
Beginning her journalism career at Doğan News Agency’s Economics and Foreign News department in 2017, Kılınç later worked at the daily Dunya. Kılınç also began translating as a profession during this period, where she translated three biographies, Mbappe, Pogba, and Griezmann, respectively, for Yakamoz Publishing.
Kılınç’s career as a translator took a step further when she translated Basics of Bitcoins and Blockchains (Bitcoin ve Blokzincirin Temelleri) by Antony Lewis for Scala Publishing in 2020. Joining Scala Publishing as an editor after her journalism adventure, Kılınç also continues to translate books for Scala.
Born in Adana in 1995, Kılınç graduated from Darüşşafaka High School and later got her bachelor’s degree from Istanbul University English Language and Literature in 2018.
